Product Characteristics
Takenaka’s alloy steel precision fasteners are nut and bolt sets that are resistant to high temperatures, high pressure and corrosion. They are also made for low temperatures and high-tension conditions, with durability and resistance to wear and abrasion. Takenaka fasteners are used in atomic power plants, as well as oil refining and chemical plants, natural gas applications, special use ships, desalination equipment, coal liquefaction devices and many other applications. Our products meet customer needs in every industry and are developed from basic materials through continued research, and are produced using state-of-the-art equipment.

Hot-forged Fasteners
Product Characteristics
Takenaka’s hot-forged nuts and bolts are manufactured with hot heading to provide resistance to high tension and high or low temperatures. They are also sturdy and resistant to corrosion as well as wear and abrasion. Takenaka’s hot-forged fasteners are used in bridges, subways, marine machinery and structures, harbor structures, power plants (hydroelectric, thermal and atomic), and heavy machinery industry and chemical industry applications.

Product Characteristics
Takenaka’s nuts and bolts withstand use even in harsh conditions, such as ultra-high or -low temperatures, and high pressure. They are also resistant to corrosion, heat, wear and abrasion, and maintain their high strength even at high temperatures. These super alloy fasteners were created through a collaborative development between Takenaka’s engineering team and Mitsubishi Materials, and Takenaka independently designed all of the specialized hot molding and thermal processing equipment to manufacture these special products. Covering a wide range of manufacturing, Takenaka takes pride in the fact that they maintain a distance between themselves and their competitors in their capacity to produce high-quality products. Major uses include equipment for atomic reactors, thermal power plants, coal liquefaction devices, gas turbine generators, oil refining and chemical plants, and desalination equipment.
